"MerlinCryption," "we," "us," or "our")
recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of certain information
("Information") collected about our customers and prospective
customers (referred to as "Customers," "you," or
"your"). This privacy
policy (“Policy”) discloses what Information we gather via
www.MerlinCryption.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and how to correct or
change it. This policy does not
apply to the practices of companies that MerlinCryption does not own or
control, or individuals that MerlinCryption does not employ or manage, even if

our affiliates, to verify compliance with export regulations, and to audit the

the purposes of delivering our product to you and complying with our internal

the Site and providing us with your information, you consent to our sharing of

will be accessible by other users and may be used by them.

MerlinCryption may continue to use your Information as set forth in this

Governing Law
In the event of any dispute regarding this Policy or its
interpretation, the Policy shall be governed by and construed under Oregon law
as such law applies to agreements between Oregon residents entered into and to
be performed within Oregon. The
United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods shall not
apply. The sole and exclusive
jurisdiction and venue for actions arising under this Agreement shall be the
State and Federal courts in Multnomah County, Oregon, and you agree to service
of process in accordance with the rules of such courts. The party prevailing in any dispute
under this Agreement shall be entitled to its costs and legal fees.
